The Cowboy and I have fish every Sunday. He cooks it, I eat it! Good deal I say!'
This Sunday we had salmon steak. He seasoned it with salt, pepper and lemon juice, wrapped it in foil and baked it in the oven. I did the stir fry vegetables.
Was divine with divine wine!

My husband does most of the cooking, it is nice, I have to say. Your meal looks delicious. Love how organized your closet it in the below post as well. Something I could really take a lesson from, you should see mine. :(
